An exciting opportunity exists for a Hospital Sales Representative to join a high-performing Immunology team, managing a strategically important territory across Queensland and Western Australia . With a strong focus on Dermatology and Immunology, you will play a key role in improving patient outcomes through meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.

About the Role As a Hospital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing strategic account plans, and building trusted partnerships across a specialist customer base.

You will:

- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to commercial objectives
- Build strong relationships with specialists, KOLs and hospital stakeholders
- Navigate complex healthcare environments and influence treatment pathways
- Engage customers through high-quality clinical and value-based conversations
- Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to maximise territory performance
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access and Marketing
- Drive formulary access and support account growth across hospital networks

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:





- Proven pharmaceutical or healthcare sales success within hospital or specialty care environments
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across public and private hospitals
- Strong account management and territory planning capability
- Experience negotiating with hospital pharmacy and decision‑making committees
- Excellent commercial acumen, communication and relationship‑building skills
- A customer‑centric approach and strong growth mindset
- Immunology, Dermatology, Rheumatology or biologics experience highly regarded
- Established specialist relationships will be advantageous
