CSR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor- Electrical/Mechanical for the Ingleburn factory in NSW. The role is full time, based at Ingleburn, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and driving reliability, cost control, and quality improvements.
You will lead Fitters and Electricians, schedule shutdowns, monitor costs, and promote a zero-harm culture while ensuring adherence to processes and Lean initiatives.
