Salomon is seeking a Sydney-based Area Manager to lead and coach our NSW and QLD store network, reporting to the Head of Retail. You will guide Store Managers, embed brand values, and drive day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives to boost foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
You will recruit, train, and develop your team, manage recent store openings, and ensure health & safety and policy compliance while collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and operations.
