About Our Client

Our leading global mining client is proud to be a leading Australian producer of premium quality hard coking coal for export steel markets within Central Queensland's Bowen Basin, with additional joint ventures in steel making coal, copper and magnanese across North West Queensland and Western Australia. With steelmaking coal being an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world, this is an fantastic prospect to join a leading growing client with a focus on sustainability, innovation and progression within the workforce and supporting local communities.

What You Will Be Doing

- Operating within the CHPP Department on site
- Conducting pre-start checks and basic machine care
- Working safely in accordance with site procedures and standards
- Contributing to production targets within a team environment

What You Will Need

- Previous experience working within CHPP/Wash Plant
- Previous experience operating Komatsu D475 Dozers or CAT D10T/D11T Dozers
- Current Standard 11 or willingness to obtain




- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Current Driver’s licence
