As the business expands its product range and retail footprint, they’re looking for an E-Commerce & Operations Supply Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day flow between product, suppliers, production, inventory, supply chain and e-commerce .
This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, solving problems and making sure the right product is available at the right time.
You’ll play a key role in connecting sales, forecasting, purchasing, production, inventory and e-commerce , helping the business maintain strong stock availability while improving efficiency and supporting growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage production planning and forecasting , maintaining approximately three months of stock coverage and minimising stockouts.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers across materials, components, packaging and finished products.
- Manage purchase orders, production timelines, lead times and supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory, sales and product performance to determine replenishment and production requirements.
- Work closely across supply chain and e-commerce to ensure products are available when needed.
- Manage and update the e-commerce platform, including product information, inventory and online store updates.
- Use sales data and forecasting to support purchasing, production and stock decisions.
- Monitor costs across materials, packaging and production and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Work across inventory and ERP systems to maintain accurate product and stock information.
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve stock, production and fulfilment issues.
About You
You’ll ideally have experience within a product-based business , such as fashion, apparel, accessories, beauty, wellness, FMCG or consumer goods.
You’ll be someone who:
- Has solid experience across operations, inventory, supply chain and/or e-commerce .
- Is commercially minded and confident working with sales data, forecasting and stock.
- Enjoys working directly with suppliers and manufacturers .
- Is highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Is tech-savvy and confident learning new platforms and systems.
- Enjoys working in a small, growing business where you can be hands‑on and take ownership.
- Can move comfortably between operational detail and broader commercial priorities.
- Is proactive, solutions-focused and not afraid to get stuck in.
Systems Experience
Shopify experience is beneficial, but not essential.
We’re open to candidates who have worked across other e-commerce platforms and can demonstrate strong technical ability and confidence learning new systems.
Experience with Unleashed or other inventory/ERP platforms will be highly regarded.
The key is having the ability to understand systems, work with data and confidently connect the dots between inventory, operations and e-commerce .
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join a growing Australian wellness brand at an exciting stage of its journey.
You’ll have genuine ownership across operations and e-commerce, work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and play an important role in supporting the business as it continues to grow across its product and retail channels.
If you’re a commercially minded E-Commerce, Operations or Supply Chain professional who loves being hands‑on and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
