Sydney Local Health District seeks a Social Worker Level 3 for Drug Health Services to support Adults in the ADCP and OTP programs at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. You will provide trauma-informed care, crisis interventions and care coordination in a patient-centred model.

The ideal candidate holds a Social Work degree with AASW eligibility and robust experience in drug/alcohol or mental health settings. ADO, parental leave and salary packaging are among the benefits.
