Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Lead system integration, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as the key contact for system-related decisions, enhancements and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop functional specifications, process maps and solution documentation.
- Build and maintain dashboards, databases and reporting solutions using Power BI and cloud technologies.
- Support API, RPA and AI-enabled solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Manage testing activities (SIT/UAT), deployments and project delivery milestones.
- Drive process improvement, change management and user adoption across the business.




- Monitor project risks, budgets and system performance to ensure successful outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail or technology sector.
- Korean-speaking skills are ideal to collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering system integration, automation or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Power BI, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, RPA tools (e.g. UiPath) and Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Proactive, adaptable and passionate about leveraging technology and AI to drive business outcomes.
