Rarekind is seeking an experienced Electrical Workforce Leader to oversee the site-based workforce across NSW projects, ensuring safe, effective and consistent execution. You will build capability, improve standards, and align labour deployment with project needs.

You will report to the Projects Director and work with Program Managers, Project Managers, HSEQ, and site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
