Key responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements,



tax returns and activity statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, sole traders and individuals.

- Manage client relationships and respond to client queries with care, clarity and professionalism.

- Support clients with tax planning, cash flow, business performance and other advisory matters.

- Review work prepared by junior accountants and provide practical guidance and support.

- Work closely with the leadership team to manage client priorities and workflow.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the overall client experience.

About you

You'll have experience in Australian public practice and be comfortable managing client relationships, taking ownership of your work and working independently.

You'll also bring:

- CA or CPA qualification.

- Strong experience in Australian business services and tax.

- Confidence preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and BAS.

- Experience using Xero and modern cloud-based accounting systems.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Sound judgement, attention to detail and a proactive approach.

- A genuine desire to support clients, contribute to the team and continue developing your career.
