Corrections Victoria is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join the Frankston and Moorabbin teams in Melbourne's Southern Metro. This ongoing, full time role focuses on managing complex case loads within community corrections and court order pathways.

Based in Frankston (9127) or Moorabbin (9131), you will conduct risk assessments, develop case plans, and coordinate interventions to support positive outcomes while upholding public safety.
