We’re looking for a Consultant Manager – Enterprise Banking to manage the day to day client relationship and consultant experience within one of our largest financial services accounts.

This is not a recruitment role and not a cold BD role.

You’ll work inside an established enterprise relationship, stay close to our consultants and client stakeholders, and identify opportunities as they naturally emerge across projects and teams.

What you’ll do

Manage the client relationship

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and reporting managers
- Stay close to current projects, team changes and future requirements
- Be a trusted point of contact across the account

Own the consultant experience

- Run regular consultant check-ins
- Understand what consultants are working on and how they are contributing
- Track performance, risks, end dates, extensions and redeployment
- Capture development goals, skills and future plans

Identify opportunities

- Spot new projects, capability gaps, stakeholder changes and potential squad opportunities




- Qualify those opportunities and feed them into the wider Culminate team

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally bring:

- strong client or account management experience
- confidence working in a large enterprise environment
- experience managing consultants, contractors or professional services teams
- solid stakeholder management?
- commercial curiosity and the ability to recognise opportunity
- excellent organisation and follow through

Banking, financial services, consulting or technology services experience would be highly regarded.
