Ray's Pizza Cafe in Sydney is seeking an experienced chef to lead our Italian kitchen. The role requires 2 years of full-time chef experience and a strong focus on authentic Italian cuisine, hygiene, and efficiency in a rapid-paced setting.

You will plan menus, manage food and labour costs, monitor temperatures, ensure quality at all stages of preparation, and collaborate with the team to deliver high standards of service. English proficiency is required; Italian language is a plus.
