About the role
As Centre Director, you will:
- Lead, support and mentor our team of experienced educators

We are looking for someone who has experience in early childhood leadership and enjoys working with people.
You will ideally have:

- An interest in nature, sustainability and outdoor learning
We value a Director who is approachable, consistent and fair, and who is comfortable working alongside their team.
Why join us?
We are a family-owned service rather than a franchise.
We have a stable, experienced team and established relationships with our families. Our owners are supportive and involved, while giving the Centre Director the autonomy to manage the service and lead the team.
The service offers:
- An experienced and long-standing team
- A supportive ownership team
- A robust existing centre culture
- A focus on children's wellbeing and learning
- A beautiful environment with opportunities for nature-based experiences
- Autonomy in the role
- Ongoing support from the owners
The type of person we are looking for
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with a team and being involved in the day-to-day life of a centre.
You don't need to have a particular personality or leadership style. We are looking for someone who is reliable, approachable, organised and able to build positive working relationships.
Most importantly, we want someone who cares about the children, supports their team and takes pride in the service they lead.
If you are looking for a long-term role in a family-owned service with an established team and supportive owners, we would be happy to hear from you.
