National Field Manager | Pharmacy Sales | Remote, Australia-wide

About Us

Stanton and Treby is a family owned and operated sales agency business representing leading health and beauty brands in the pharmacy channel. We're growing our national presence in pharmacy and are looking for an experienced sales leader to support and develop our national field team.

About the Role

This is a new role for a hands-on leader who knows pharmacy sales from the ground up. You'll support, coach and drive the performance of our national field team so they win in store and with key pharmacy accounts.

You can be based anywhere in Australia. You'll work from home and travel regularly to meet the team in the field, visit stores and meet key accounts. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll be the link between head office strategy and execution in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support and coach the national field sales team to reach sales targets and KPIs
- Travel interstate regularly to work alongside representatives in the field, run store visits and support key accounts
- Make sure in-store execution across pharmacy is consistent: ranging, merchandising, promotions and compliance
- Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, buying groups and banner groups
- Track team performance, call cycles and territory coverage, and report insights and results to management




- Find current growth opportunities and help shape territory and sales plans
- Run induction and ongoing training for field representatives on products, selling skills and processes
- Work closely with head office on campaigns, product launches and customer service

About You

- You have a strong sales background, including hands-on experience as a sales representative in pharmacy (essential)
- You have experience leading, coaching or supporting a field sales team, at state or national level
- You know the Australian pharmacy landscape well, including banner groups, independents and how buying decisions are made
- You're self-motivated and organised, and you're comfortable working from home and managing your own schedule
- You're happy to travel regularly, including overnight and interstate
- You're a strong communicator who builds relationships easily at every level
- You're confident using the Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems for reporting and managing territories
- You hold a current driver's licence

What We Offer

- $110,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Superannuation
