About the Position
An opportunity exists for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the business in predominantly a brand specialist role. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate and execute brand and marketing campaigns across multiple residential communities.
- Manage estate branding, project launches and promotional initiatives.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, brochures and digital content.
- Coordinate corporate campaigns, display home launches and marketing projects.
- Support social media planning, content creation and platform management.
- Manage photography, video production and creative content shoots.
- Coordinate sponsorship activations,
events and promotional activities.
- Develop engaging copy across print and digital marketing channels.
- Liaise with creative agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing activities.
About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have the following:
Ideally, you will have:
- 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing or brand focused role
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
- Experience coordinating campaigns and managing multiple projects
- Robust written communication and content development skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Creative, proactive and capable of working to competing deadlines
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded
