About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter with prior hands-on experience working across high-end residential renovations and projects (minimum $1m-$2m).

You will be given the prospect to run boutique and small-scale renovations within the newly established Special Works division where projects could range from $50K - $1M. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is delivered to a high standard, oversee and manage the coordination of trades, and manage the project schedule.

You will have the opportunity to work across larger projects from time to time where values can range up to $10M-$15M.

What You Need

- A Trade qualification in Carpentry is essential for this role




- Minimum 3-5 years post apprenticeship experience within the high-end residential market
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret plans and drawings
- Own form of transportation and complete set of tools
