About the Role
As the Senior Digital / UI Designer, you will lead the visual refresh of the client’s core digital assets.
You will be embedded directly inside an agileSquad working alongside front-end and CMS developers. - Squad Collaboration: Partner daily with CMS developers, front-end engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and sleek execution.
- Evidence-Based Design: Validate designs through usability testing and articulate design rationale to broad stakeholder groups.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong UI/Digital Portfolio: Demonstrated track record of delivering clean, high-impact web pages and component systems.
- Foundational UX Skillset: Practical experience with wireframing, user flows, layout hierarchy, and usability testing.
- Design System Mastery: Ability to work efficiently within mature UI kits and contribute component enhancements.
- Developer Collaboration: Comfort working alongside CMS and front-end developers in an integrated squad environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills to present ideas, gather feedback, and defend design decisions with data and insights.
