The finance function plays a critical role in supporting leadership with meaningful insights, robust forecasting, and clear performance reporting. As part of continued growth and investment in financial capability, the organisation is seeking an FP&A; Analyst to join the team and support key budgeting, forecasting, and analytical activities.

About the Role:

Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, this role will support the FP&A; function across reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

- You will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and operational leaders to provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial information.
- Supporting month-end reporting, including revenue analysis and P&L; commentary.
- Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support to finance leadership and stakeholders.




- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts.
- Supporting revenue owners and department leaders with financial insights.
- Analysing trends, variances, and performance drivers to support business decisions
- Working with planning and reporting systems to maintain accurate and reliable data

About You:

You will thrive in this role if you are analytically minded, detail-oriented, and eager to build your FP&A; capability in a collaborative environment.

- CA/CPA (or working towards) preferred, with ideally 2-5 years of experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with EPM or planning systems
- Understanding of revenue recognition and core accounting principles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
