Maddocks in Sydney is seeking a Lawyer in Planning & Workplace to join our Public Law team. You will handle litigious and advisory environmental, planning and regulatory matters for public and private clients, under the guidance of partners.
You will draft advice on Federal and State environmental regulation, planning and approval processes, contaminated land, and related contracts; perform due diligence and legal research; stay updated on regulatory developments; and contribute to a
