Following the success of our flagship boutique in Queen Victoria Building, Sydney, we are delighted to announce an additional boutique opening in Melbourne – and are looking for an accomplished Boutique Manager to lead the founding team.

What We're Looking For

7+ years' retail management experience in fine jewellery or luxury watches.

Proven track record leading successful boutique operations and delivering results.

Confident leadership across recruitment, training and performance management.

Proficient in stock management, merchandising and daily operations.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales targets and driving growth.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to premium service standards.

Genuine passion for luxury retail, building client relationships and team development.

Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
