Pitney Bowes is seeking a returns and logistics specialist to oversee the ANZ customer returns process. You will coordinate returns from initiation to closure, manage return tickets in C4C, and support equipment relocations and documentation across the Supply Chain team.
You will liaise with customers, service, sales, technicians and warehouses, ensuring timely resolutions, accurate records and continuous improvement in freight and process efficiency.
