Ballarat Plumbing is looking for a plumber to take the lead of our maintenance division in Ballarat. You’ll start on the tools and quickly move to lead the service team as the division grows, focusing on maintenance work rather than current-home rough-ins.
You’ll chase new clients, train and hire techs, and work with office staff to schedule jobs. We offer above-award pay and a bonus tied to service revenue growth, with modern gear including relining, leak detection, CCTV and jetter.
