Your new role:Join the Resuscitation Service at Logan Hospital and use your advanced clinical expertise to make a meaningful impact across Logan and Beaudesert Health Service. As a Clinical Nurse - Resuscitation, you will provide specialist clinical leadership, education and support in the recognition and management of the deteriorating patient, while helping strengthen resuscitation practice and capability across the multidisciplinary workforce.Coordinate and deliver resuscitation education and training, including Adult Advanced Life Support (ALS) and adult and paediatric Basic Life Support (BLS).Support the Clinical Nurse Consultant Resuscitation Coordinator with service coordination, quality improvement and portfolio responsibilities.Contribute to the oversight of MET and Code Blue responses, emergency equipment and organisational processes for recognising and responding to acute deterioration.Promote contemporary resuscitation practice and support compliance with relevant clinical standards and NSQHS requirements.About you:You are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong critical care and resuscitation expertise who can confidently provide clinical leadership, education and specialist advice in complex situations. You will bring advanced clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.Demonstrated experience in clinical education, assessment and training relating to recognition and response to acute deterioration.Advanced clinical reasoning, problem-solving, planning and coordination skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, influence and support multidisciplinary teams.A demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement,
