Business Manager (Automotive Finance and Insurance)

We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager – Finance & Insurance to join our Hyundai and Genesis team. This is a pivotal front-end role where you'll influence the deal from day one, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in the customer's vehicle purchasing journey by providing tailored finance and insurance solutions. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where your commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail will be highly valued.

You'll work closely with our Sales teams, trusted finance partners, and customers to deliver seamless, compliant, and value-driven outcomes from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

- Maximise every opportunity to present and sell finance and insurance products to customers.
- Deliver tailored finance and insurance solutions that meet customer needs and drive strong conversion outcomes.
- Work closely with a motivated sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Manage all finance and insurance documentation while ensuring compliance requirements are met.




- Engage with customers early in the purchasing journey to maximise opportunities and close more deals.

About You

- Proven experience in finance and insurance, finance sales, banking, insurance, or a related financial services role (automotive experience highly regarded).
- A current South Australian Driver's License is essential.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A confident communicator who can quickly build trust and rapport.
- Organised, driven, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
