The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) - Rapid Access Service pilot serves as a senior clinical leader within the Older Persons Mental Health Service, providing timely assessment, care recommendations, and follow-up for older people with BPSD in residential aged care homes. Travel across Northern Tasmania is required to support services and pilot implementation.
Fixed term, full time (76 hours per fortnight) with commence as soon as possible and ending 30 June 2027; ongoing vacancies may be filled
