Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Consumer Service Specialist to join its National Sales and Service Centre in Australia on a full-time contract through to December 2027. The role offers hybrid work with up to four days per week from home and shifts between 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, in a rapid-paced customer service environment.

You will handle consumer enquiries, resolve complex issues, and build strong stakeholder relationships across departments, while contributing to KPI
