Warehouse Supervisor | Lead a Team | Day Shift

Have strong warehouse experience and enjoy leading people?

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor or aspiring leader to join our team and help drive safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse operations. The role is responsible for supervising warehouse activities including receipting, inventory control, order fulfilment and dispatch.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, support inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. You'll also coach and develop team members while contributing to process improvements across the site.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and supporting a warehouse team.
- Coordinating daily receipting, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Driving safety, quality and operational compliance.
- Coaching and developing team members.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and resolving stock issues.
- Leading toolbox and pre-start meetings.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.

What You'll Bring

- Previous warehouse experience (essential).
- Leadership, team leader, leading hand or supervisory experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive,



proactive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to change and support continuous improvement.
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and customer service.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am - 3:00pm
- Overtime available until 5:00pm
