About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Laminator Operator to join a food manufacturing team based in Altona, VIC .
You will operate laminating equipment and support the preparation and production of food products while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix and prepare ingredients according to production requirements
- Operate and monitor laminating machinery
- Follow recipes, production instructions and specifications
- Execute strict allergen control procedures
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process
- Ensure accurate weighing and measurement of ingredients
- Complete production records and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organised production area
- Follow GMP,
food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
- Report any equipment, quality or production issues to the supervisor
About You
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production
- Experience operating machinery, preferably laminating or similar equipment
- Understanding of food safety and allergen control
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety
