The Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority (PAHSMA) is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our Tourism Operations team.

Based at the iconic Port Arthur Historic Site, this casual opportunity offers the chance to work in a unique World Heritage-listed destination, welcoming visitors from across Australia and around the world while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality hospitality services across our cafés and visitor facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Operating point-of-sale systems and handling transactions
- Replenishing stock and assisting with stock movement across site
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Supporting a positive and team-oriented team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Be reliable, adaptable,



and professional
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Have previous hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer service experience (desirable)
