Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for almost 45 years and employ around 250people.
About the role
This role is for Operators who are experienced in various road construction duties and are able to work across NSW. This role involves travel and working away on civil construction projects. Ideal for reliable, safety-focused workers who enjoy hands on outdoor work, operating trucks/equipment and being a part of a strong team environment.
Duties
- Operating HR trucks and/or other road construction machinery
- Manual handling duties where required
- Undertaking basic truck and/or machinery inspections and maintenance
- Maintain records (such as logbooks)
- Demonstrate and implement safe work practices
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in civil plant and willingness to be trained to operate specialised stabilisation equipment.
- Have a focus on maintaining a safe and productive work setting
- Be prepared to travel throughout NSW(and possible interstate)
- A HR or HC Licence is desirable
- Mixer and/or Spreader/Stabiliser operation experience preferred
- Must be flexible and well presented
- Have impeccable customer service skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to undertake pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
- PPE, uniforms, and equipment provided
- Enjoy a flexible and diverse working environment.
