Chef De Partie responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards. You will manage and organize the Grill section comprising burgers and other grill sides, with flexibility to support other sections as needed.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare, cook and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Manage and organize Grill section comprising Burgers and other grill sides, with ability to support other sections if needed
- Complete daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared for service
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion control and presentation
- Assist with breakfast, lunch and daily cafe service
- Prepare menu specials and assist with menu preparation when required
- Monitor food quality, freshness and stock levels,



following FIFO stock rotation and appropriate food storage procedures
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
- Train, guide and support junior kitchen staff, apprentices and current team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen procedures and food safety practices
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Identify and manage food allergens and dietary requirements, ensuring appropriate preparation, handling and prevention of cross-contact in accordance with food safety procedures
