JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a qualified Retail Manager who can work within a dynamic and high performing setting.
KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Assessing and managing the appropriate range of products, inventory quantities and customer service standards.
- Developing and executing purchasing and marketing strategies while establishing competitive pricing.
- Planning and coordinating, promotional and advertising activities for the business's products and services.
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing guidance on the use and features of goods and services.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records, sales information and financial transaction documentation.
- Preparing, managing and monitoring budgets to support the financial operations of the establishment.
- Recruiting, selecting, training, allocating and supervising employees to maintain effective staff performance.
- Implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety procedures in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Passionate about creating an inspiring and rewarding team culture.
SALARY
AUD$79,500 salary annually exclusive of superannuation.
