Job Description
We’re known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We’re also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.
About the role
You’ll help customers find the right fit while delivering the personal and considered service M.J. Bale is known for.
Your day will include:
- Helping customers with fit, styling and product selection
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Building relationships with new and returning customers
- Processing sales and assisting with stock movements
- Keeping the store sharp, well stocked and ready for trade
- Supporting the team during weekends and peak periods
About you
You’ll bring:
- Retail or customer service experience
- Confidence engaging with customers and making recommendations
- An interest in menswear, fashion and styling
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Menswear experience is an advantage but isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, contributes to the team and takes pride in what they do.
