The Marketing Specialist role focuses on brand development, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and partnership management within the international education and migration sector.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor Australian immigration and education policies, industry trends, target markets, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Manage content planning and daily operations for Rednote and WeChat Official Accounts.
- Use Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools to improve the visual quality of social media and promotional materials.
- Develop customer acquisition and conversion strategies to improve marketing performance and optimize acquisition costs.
- Consolidate leads from multiple platforms and identify potential clients.
- Manage customer information and lead tracking through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to allocate customer resources and track conversion sources.
- Support brand development to increase brand awareness and market influence.
- Organize and execute promotional activities related to migration and international education, including offline campaigns, seminars, and open classes.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, migration agents, and real estate developers.
- Integrate industry resources and support cooperative business development initiatives.

Requirements





- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
- Mandarin proficiency preferred or required depending on responsibilities.
- Ability to lead and improve marketing strategies.
- Strong execution skills to support brand growth and performance targets.
- Strong digital literacy, including CRM systems, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Experience in business development or market research.
- Skills in market research and analysis.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Rednote and WeChat Official Account.
- Experience with offline event planning and promotion.
- Friendly personality with a professional and presentable appearance.
- Australian PR or Citizenship preferred.
- Prior work experience preferred.
