Felons Brewing Co. in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef - Pizza to lead the pizza section, from dough production to oven management, and to support menu planning. You will train junior chefs, manage stock and rostering, and uphold food safety standards.

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required, with proven experience in a high-volume pizzeria. This role offers growth opportunities within a agile team.
