The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Coordinator to join the Sealy team in Queensland.
This is great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in sales and account management, with support, training and development to grow into a future account management role.
Based in Brisbane, reporting to the Queensland Sales Manager, you will work closely with our retail partners across metro and regional Queensland. You'll gain hands-on experience across retail support, relationship building, territory management and sales, while developing the skills and knowledge to progress your career with Sealy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Account development and strategic territory management
- Supporting the execution of sales strategies and initiatives
- Building strong relationships with retail partners and store teams
- Maintaining strong product and brand knowledge
- Identifying opportunities to improve retail performance and customer experience
- Learning and developing your sales and account management skills through on-the-job experience and structured training
About You
We are looking for an energetic, passionate and highly motivated individual who is keen to build their career in sales and account management.
The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, communicating with different people and working in a rapid-paced environment. An interest in premium consumer products and retail is highly regarded.
