The Reject Shop in Gladstone Park, Melbourne, is opening the path to running your own store. As Retail Assistant Store Manager, you’ll lead the team on the floor alongside the Store Manager and step up when they’re away.
You’ll benefit from a structured roster, with Sundays off and every second Saturday off, plus three days off in a row every second weekend. The role includes a solid training path toward Store Manager, with a base hourly rate and penalties to reward busy retail weeks.
