This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll sit at the heart of our Sales team to help ensure contracts, documentation and key processes move smoothly from sale through to construction.

What you'll do:

- Coordinate all residential construction contract documentation.
- Review contracts and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow
- Maintain accurate and up to date contract records, systems and documentation
- Help shape best practice in contract management across the teamStay informed on changes to legislation,



particularly around manufactured homes

What You’ll Bring:

- Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field
- A good grasp of contract law, particularly in residential construction and/or manufactured homes
- Confidence navigating construction documentation
- Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a natural communicator
- Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (bonus points for CRM and doc management tools)
