What will you be doing?
In this Full Time role you will be leading the way with yourcreative flair and passion for food, working in our al la carte dinner restaurant as well as banquets and events. In this role you will be responsible for;
Ensuring consistent delivery of quality, well-presented dining experiences to our guests
Working with the team to ensure exceptional customer service standards
Supervising a team of highly passionate culinary enthusiasts and assist with training team members
Reduce food wastage and manage and maintain a clean working environment
What are we looking for?
A minimum of 2 years demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
A current, valid, and relevant trade commercial cookery qualification
Knowledge of current food trends
Ability to work under pressure
