We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser to join our professional and growing team on a full-time basis.Position DetailsPosition: HairdresserEmployment Type: Full-TimeHours: 38 hours per weekLocation: Alice Springs, NTSalary: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum plus superannuationAbout the RoleThe successful applicant will be responsible for providing a high standard of hairdressing services while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the salon.Key Duties and Responsibilities• Consult with clients to assess their hair needs and recommend suitable services and products• Perform precision hair cutting for women, men and children• Provide skilled colouring services including foils, balayage, highlights, colour corrections and toning• Carry out hair treatments and scalp treatments• Perform hair styling, blow waves, upstyling and special occasion hairstyling• Recommend and retail professional haircare products• Maintain a clean,
