About The Role

As an independent contractor, you’ll be out on the road, hands-on and in action, responding to consumer service calls assigned by our Service Allocation Team. Each day brings something new as you diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of domestic appliances, while keeping job details up to date on your company issued device.

You’ll also jump in to support fellow Technicians on larger or more complex jobs, working as part of a collaborative, quick‑moving team. Every interaction is an opportunity to shine delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring all equipment is thoroughly tested, calibrated, and meets industry standards.

What You'll Do

Service and repair domestic home appliances

Daily interaction with Consumers,



Retailers and Commercial Customers

Working closely with Service Allocations Team & Field Service Manager

Manage spare parts and van stock to enable first visit resolution

Accurate & timely completion of service jobs via company issued technology

Adhere to all work, health & safety requirements

Who You Are

Sound technical knowledge of home appliances / whitegoods to diagnose and problem solve

Hold a relevant License & Certification to comply with state Legislation

Disconnect / Reconnect

Restricted Electrical License

Business registration (Pty Ltd)

Current Public Liability Insurance ($10 million)

Workers Compensation Insurance (if applicable)

Skilled in proper use of tools, equipment and gauges to ensure optimal use

Excellent customer service and effective communication skills

Start and finish at home each day, with flexible working hours/days
