Are you an experienced Dentist looking for a part-time opportunity with an established patient base, strong patient demand and the autonomy to provide comprehensive general dentistry?
DB Dental Spearwood is looking for a Part time Associate Dentist to join its established five-chair practice in Spearwood. This is an opportunity to work 2 to 3 days per week, build long‑term relationships with a loyal patient base and collaborate with an experienced clinical team in a supportive environment.
The position is available across Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry across a broad range of procedures
Build long‑term relationships with an established and loyal patient base
Manage a strong appointment book with consistent patient demand
Work with clinical autonomy and without KPIs or sales targets
Collaborate with experienced clinicians and an in‑house Prosthetist
Access ongoing CPD and clinical development through the NDC Academy
About you
We’re looking for a Dentist who:
Has a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience practising in Australia
Has professional indemnity insurance
Is confident across a broad range of general dental procedures
Has a strong commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centred care

The practice provides a broad range of treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, surgical procedures and dental emergencies.
The clinic is equipped with an OPG and iTero to support diagnostics and treatment planning, and is supported by an experienced clinical team including an in‑house Prosthetist.
