We are seeking to establish a pool of Pathways and Transition Support Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period. Newton Moore Education Support Centre (ESC) is an Independent Public School nestled in the thriving and idyllic coastal City of Bunbury, WA. The Centre is specifically designed to meet the needs of Years 7 to 12 students with intellectual disabilities or autism with high needs. We offer a caring, respectful, small school environment where all students participate and actively engage in all facets of school life. We plan with the child at the centre, with families and young people, through IEP’s and Person Centred Plans. We differentiate our learning through tiered responses and collaborative planning. Our learning is delivered through strong relationships and structured routines with explicit, taught expectations. We create safe learning spaces with tiered supports and trained staff to build student academic, social and pastoral needs. Our school offers far more than ‘just another job’. We offer a busy and vibrant workplace where really good people work hard together; regular and well-structured team meetings to keep you ‘in the loop’ and give you a voice; ongoing opportunities for you to present and implement approved ideas that improve your work practices and an environment that is centred on providing quality education to our students. Our culture is one of reflection, collaboration, trust and positive relationships. We are always seeking to learn and provide feedback in all we do.
