This role combines hands-on leadership, people management, quality control and problem-solving to keep post production running smoothly, achieving daily targets and maintaining high standards across safety and food safety.
You will lead Wrapping and Packing, coach Line Leaders, manage schedules and labour, monitor attendance and performance, and coordinate with Kitchen, Pastry, Warehouse
