Sun City Car is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Salesman to join our sales team at our Kedron, Queensland dealership. This is a full-time position where you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, driving sales revenue and building lasting relationships with clients. As a Car Salesman, you'll play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the Sun City Car brand values and commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and engaging potential customers on the showroom floor and assisting them in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs
- Conducting product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting vehicle features, specifications and benefits
- Building rapport with customers and understanding their requirements to provide tailored recommendations
- Preparing quotations and negotiating sales terms to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Processing sales documentation and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
- Following up with leads and previous customers to generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintaining knowledge of current vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions and financing options
- Collaborating with the sales team and management to maximise dealership revenue and customer satisfaction
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working in a sales role, ideally within the automotive industry or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Product knowledge of vehicles, including features, specifications, financing options and after-sales services




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Customer service excellence and a commitment to providing a positive purchasing experience
- Valid Australian driver's licence and the ability to conduct test drives
- Qualified appearance and presentation befitting a customer-facing role
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a genuine passion for helping customers
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
