Prydes Confectionery is seeking a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Knoxfield, Victoria.

In this role, you will be a key part of our warehouse and logistics operation, ensuring inventory records, customer orders, and warehouse administration processes are managed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and storage.

Process and confirm customer orders within our warehouse management system.

Provide outstanding service and support to customers regarding orders and deliveries.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control information.

Support the coordination of inbound and outbound warehouse activities.

Assist the Warehouse and Logistics team with general administrative tasks and reporting.

Ensure compliance with all workplace health, safety, quality, and food safety procedures.

Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, customer service, and logistics teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a warehouse administration, logistics, customer service, or inventory control role.

Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing, or distribution environments highly regarded.





Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.

Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

A High Risk Work Licence (Forklift Licence) is highly desirable but not essential.
