Join Campbell Page as a Employment Mentor in Frankston , working full-time on a 6-8 month maternity leave contract within our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program.
For more than 35 years, Campbell Page has supported people and communities to build brighter futures. Through IEA, we help people with disabilities find and maintain sustainable employment, with support tailored to their individual goals, strengths and circumstances.
About the role
You’ll support participants throughout their employment journey, combining practical guidance, employer engagement and ongoing encouragement to help them achieve lasting outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building trusted relationships with participants and developing personalised employment plans.
- Identifying strengths, skills and barriers, and coordinating support to improve employment readiness.
- Connecting participants with suitable vacancies, training and local employers.
- Working with employers and colleagues to support successful placements and sustainable employment.
- Managing your caseload, maintaining accurate records and meeting contractual requirements and performance targets.
About you
Ideally we’re looking for someone with experience in employment services , within IEA, DES, Workforce Australia or a similar program.
You’ll bring:
- Experience managing a caseload and supporting participants into employment.
- An understanding of employment services compliance and outcome requirements.
- Strong relationship-building skills with participants, employers and community organisations.
- Confidence balancing participant needs,
administration and performance targets.
- A practical, respectful approach to supporting people with disabilities.
