We're looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our quick-paced team.

About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, Comme Chef you'll be responsible for managing your section, preparing high-quality dishes, and contributing to the dynamic energy of our kitchen. With a menu that evolves regularly and exciting specials, this role offers a chance to showcase your skills while working with a passionate and supportive team.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience : At least 2-4 years in a similar role, with breakfast experience and knowledge
- Breakfast/Brunch Expertise : Minimum of 3+ years experience in breakfast and brunch preparation is essential.
- Kitchen Environment : Experience in high-volume restaurant operations is required.
- Work Ethic : Robust, reliable, and committed to delivering excellence.
- Teamwork :



A confident communicator with the ability to manage your section effectively under pressure.
- Organization : Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism : A positive attitude with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Work Rights : Australian work rights are required for this position.
