About the role

This rotational position offers the opportunity to work across both hospital campuses, providing high-quality social work services as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate closely with medical, nursing and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care and support positive patient outcomes. As a new graduate, you will have access to our Allied Health Graduate Program, which includes monthly clinical education sessions, regular supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities to support your growth and success.

In this role, you will contribute to optimising patient flow and facilitating safe and appropriate care pathways into and out of the health service. Flexible hours required, including participation in weekend and public holiday rosters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Social Worker looking to develop their skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
