What you'll be doing:
- Diary and meeting coordination
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- File and document management
- Client liaison and relationship management
- Billing and reporting support
- General team administration
- Helping lawyers stay organised and on track
No two days will be the same, and you'll quickly become a valued member of the team.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years' administration, coordination or support experience
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to juggle competing priorities
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
